Pre-conference workshops are available as an add-on to your conference ticket.

Pre-conference registration begins at 3:30 on Friday afternoon (April 17) and sessions run from 4 PM - 6 PM.

Please note: Ticket price paid reflects credit card and booking fee. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable.

Information on purchasing tables and group orders:

While early bird prices are in effect, you can purchase a block of 8 tickets (which will fill a table) through our ticket page. 8 tickets purchased together will let our system know to reserve a table for your group. You can also send us an email to let us know your group name.

While tickets last, we are able to offer the early bird price of $99 per ticket for purchases of 8 tickets (or multiples of 8: e.g. 16, 24, etc). If you wish to secure this group rate after March 14, you will need to contact us at info@womenencouraged.ca so we can process your ticket order manually.

If you're wanting to order a group of tickets but not everyone wants to attend pre-conference workshops, that is no problem! You can order different amounts of each type of ticket in one purchase. (For example 5 regular tickets and 3 tickets with the pre-conference add-on).
